“We are not here to fit in, be well balanced, or provide examples for others. We are here to be eccentric, different, perhaps strange, perhaps merely to add our small piece, our little clunky, chunky selves, to the great mosaic of being. As the gods intended, we are here to become more and more ourselves.”

-James Hollis

Why should you trust me? I've been there myself...

Hi! I'm Deb, founder of The Whole Soul Way™ and Self-Love Guide and Soul Nurturer for women with high expectations and busy minds.

It began in 2010 when I got tapped on the shoulder by my Soul. All the ways I managed and controlled my life were no longer working. I had always been happy (literally always smiling), and my life was going well. I had the "husband and two kids," a beautiful home, good friends, and so much more. I was the strong and reliable one. The one who didn't seem to need much. The one who could become whoever I needed to be to avoid upsetting someone or making others uncomfortable.

I felt disconnected and restless–like something was missing (it was me–missing from my own life). I blamed my husband (he always seemed to be my scapegoat). And then I learned how to use all of that blame and all of my judgments to discover more about myself. I learned how to find all of the parts of me that I suppressed in order to survive childhood, to reclaim them and to come into greater wholeness. This has been how I've created enough inner safety and self-trust to show up as the most real me, to be more vulnerable, to love and live more fully and with a more open heart.

Now I show others how to do this for themselves.
